Armin has been in charge of product management at Wachendorff Prozesstechnik since 2012, having previously worked here as a product manager and programme and key account manager.

He studied electrical engineering during his 13 years of service in the German armed forces. After working in sales, he was looking for a new challenge and started at Wachendorff Prozesstechnik in 1998 in the area of telephone support; he was also responsible for trade fair organisation.

With his product management team, he makes a very important contribution to an attractive and successful product portfolio. His area of responsibility also includes the Technical Consultancy, Service and Order Processing teams. "Enthusiastic customers" are the top priority for him and his teams.

His guiding principle:
If you succeed once, it can be by chance. If you succeed twice, it can be luck. If you succeed three times, it is diligence and efficiency. (Author unknown)
